Description

1.Product Description
XBC-LC Vertical Turbine fire fighting pumps are series of single stage, multistage diffusers pumps, the products were used in substation, oil depot, PRO-pier, oil drilling platform and so on the key unit of firefighting where lack of running water supplying with its feature of less occupied area. Type XBC-LC products were developed from the domestic & international advantage hydraulic model and design theory of construction. They were used to transferred the clear water, sea water with temperature blow 55º C.

②. Lift head: Up to 172m
③. Rotary speed: 590r/min up to 3600r/min
④. Drive power: Up to 2000kw.

3.The pump consists of these assemblies, that is the crooking assembly and the column pipe assembly below ground and the drive device above ground.
Column pipe connection has two methods: flange connection and thread connection. Drive has three forms, i,e. Vertical hollow shaft motor drive, belt drive and gear box drive, later two kinds of drive are used for horizontal motor drive or diesel drive.

4.Using Instruction
①. The height of the machine room should be depended on the equipment’s height and the lifting apparatus, 3-5m ad the effective height in general.
②. To ensure a good ventilation inside of the machine room, the temperature there should not be over 40°C and enough venting temperature holes must be set.
③. When to mount both inlet and outlet pipes of the fire-fighting pump, do not let their weight loading on the pump so as to prevent it against damage and its performance of running from being affected.
④. It is not allowed to mount the control cabinet in the front of the diesel engine’s radiator, otherwise the electric components inside of the cabinet would be affected and not work normally.
