ISW End Suction Horizontal Inline Pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physicochemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply, pressurized water supply of high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transmission, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment matching. The service temperature T ≤ 80 ºC.

Description

Introduction:
ISW Horizontal inline pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physicochemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply, pressurized water supply of high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transmission, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment matching. The service temperature T ≤ 80 ºC.

ISWR horizontal hot water inline pump is widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, and hotels and restaurants and other boiler hot water pressurized circulating transportation and urban heating systems, ISWR type operating temperature T≤120ºC.
ISWH horizontal chemical inline pump is used to convey corrosive liquids without solid particles and with viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber departments. The service temperature is - 20 ºC ~ + 120 ºC.
ISWB horizontal inline oil pump, used for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids, and the temperature of the conveyed medium is -20ºC~+120ºC.

Feature of product:
1. Compact structure. This series of pumps are of horizontal structure, with integrated machine and pump, beautiful appearance and less floor area. Compared with ordinary horizontal pumps, the floor area is reduced by 30%. If IP54 outdoor motor is adopted, it can be placed outdoors without pump room.
2. Smooth operation, low noise, high concentricity of components. The motor and pump are directly connected, which simplifies the intermediate structure and increases the smoothness of operation. The impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, no vibration and low noise during operation, which prolongs the service life of the bearing and improves the use environment.
3. The shaft seal adopts high-quality mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant, leak-free and has a long service life.
4. Adopt advanced water conservancy model, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and good performance.
5. Unique structure. The lower side of the pump body is provided with water discharge holes, and the inlet and outlet flanges are provided with pressure tapping holes, which can ensure the normal use and maintenance of the pump.
6. The inlet of this series of horizontal pumps is horizontal, and the outlet is vertical upward structure, which is convenient for pipeline arrangement.
